Terms and Conditions

Cars:

the renter/driver must be at least 21 years old.
The driver's license must be valid and issued not less than 12 months ago.
The calculated price of rental is payable in advance.
Prices stated in the brochure/web page, cover the following: a)injuries to third party and to passengers in the car rented from Galaxie(up to 440205,00 Eu.), b) third party material damage(up to 88041,00 Eu.), c) injuries to the driver of the car rented from Galaxie(up to 14673,00 Eu.), d) theft, fire, as well as material damage inflicted on the car rented from Galaxie, 100%.
The driver pays for the petrol needed during the rental period.
Shipment of vehicles is possible only after written permission of Galaxie.
The renter is held liable for fines due to traffic offences.
Prices are liable to change without previous notice.

MotorBikes:

Valid, national or international driving license.
Minimum duration of rental is one(1) day ( 24 hours).
Fines due to violation of traffic regulations during the rental period are payable by the customer.
Prices stated in the brochure/web page, cover the following: a) simple insurance towards third parties 4,70 Eu. per day for motorbikes up to 50cc and 6,45 Eu. per day for motorbikes over 50cc. **Note: there is no full insurance - please read term 5
*In case of motorbike damage you pay up yo 150 Eu. for motorbikes up to 50cc and 200 Eu. for motorbikes over 50cc. and for motorbikes over 500cc 400 Eu. (example: you are liable for damages up to the mentioned amount and the after that, the insurance covers the rest - *if the damage is under the cost of the mentions coverage, you only pay the amount for the damage)
V.A.T(tax) of 18% (not included in the aforementioned prices)
The fuel is payable by the customer
In case of extension of the original rental period the renter(customer) must notify Galaxie.
