Overview:

Video Encoders: Captured video material needs to be converted into a form suitable for archiving or specific needs. A video encoder will perform this conversion based on user input. Possible added capabilities include quality algorithms, filters for audio and video, VFAPI support, support for external add-ons and speed enhancements.
