Overview:

VCache Tuners: VCache is a part of RAM used by Windows 95/98 as a drive cache. Since Windows don't place a limit by default on the amount of RAM used for this operation, system stability and efficiency may improve dramatically by giving user selected values to VCache settings. CD recording is a process which can be greatly stabilized after applying this tweak.
Instead of manually editing system parameters, you can use a third party utility to set the right values, depending on the work you need your computer for (for example, cd recording, video capturing, file server). In this way, you can choose between a number of presets and perform all adjustments in one easy step.
