  • March 26 2001 - The annual gathering of our members  was done. We had election of a new Council.
  • January 21  2001 - We had the traditional new year' s cake in Agrinion Civil Airport 11.00 a.m.
  • September 22-24 2000 - The Ultralight Aircraft National Championships 2000 took place in Agrinion's Civil Airport
  • March 29 2000 - Agrinion Aeroclub has purchased an American ultralight aircraft, Rans Coyote II SE, powered by an Austrian Rotax 582. The aircraft is now in our hangars.
  • March 15 2000 - The annual gathering of our members  was done. The  invitation (in Greek).
  • March 10  2000 - The carnival party of Agrinion Aeroclub has taken place in "New York Palace".
  • January 16  2000 - We had the traditional new year' s cake in Agrinion Civil Airport 11.00 a.m.
  • November 10 1999 - The Statuses of are club were changed in a special meeting of our members. This was required by the new Law 2725/99 about athletics.
  • July 23-25 1999 - The second race of of National Paragiding Championship in Empessos, Valtos. Press for the invitation or the full program (in Greek).
  • July 14 1999 - The glider bought by Agrinion Aeroclub,an ASK-7,  has arrived in Agrinion. Our member Nikos Katsiras succefully fullfilled the mission of bringing it home from Germany. A tough task we all thank him very much.
  • July 1-18 1999 - Joachim Skondras, our pargliding trustee, participated as a member  of our national team in the World Paragliding Championships 1999 in Austria.  This participation of the Agrinion's  athlete is an honor for our club, our city and Greece.

  • June 16-1999 The councils of Athens Gliding Club, Edessa Aeroclub and Agrinion Aeroclub have decided to organise together the  Cross Country Glider Championship (http://www.cromemco.gr/gliding/).
  • May 31 1999 - The  new council has been formed.
  • May 24 1999 - The annual gathering of our members  and elections were done.
  • May 12 1999 - We are about to finish the purchase of an ASK-7 glider from Germany.
  • April 25 1999 - Two of our members were elected for the committees of Greek Aerathletics Federation. Vassilis Doufexis in the gliding committee as president, Joachim Skondras in the paragliding committee as representative in the Central Council.

  • Sunday Jan. 17 1999 - We had the traditional new year' s cake in Agrinion Civil Airport 11.00 a.m. We thank all the members and friends of our club that made us the honor to celebrate in our party, John Skandalis for the  donation of the present (gold coin "constantinato") and Acheloos TV for their coverage. The gold coin was gained by John Papageorgiou.
