20 Verbs - Continuous forms of the
future and the imperative
In the examples
below, sentences in the first column are one-off events. Those in the second
column are continuous i.e. they happen time and time again.

To describe events
which will happen continuously, we simply put θα before the present
tense.

For
continuous commands with verbs such as γράφω, and μένω, we use
the present tense with the endings –ε
and –ετε. The endings for verbs ending in
-άω
or -ώ are as follows:
