The Crosswords

These can be printed directly whilst you are online or you can save the web page. Alternatively you can select the page and paste it into your Word program  and edit it. The Crosswords are Microsoft Word 2000 files but will open in Wordpad although you won't have all the features of the Word program.

Wherever possible, the first crossword for each lesson is a Greek–English translation and the second an English–Greek translation containing the same words. If you print out both crosswords and view them side by side, completion of the first crossword will facilitate completion of the second and vice versa. So if you are unsure of the translation , you can refer to the clues of the other crossword.

Blockwords and Exercises 

These are introduced in the later lessons where they are more appropriate than Crosswords.
